Mr Yeo See Peng is strong as a leader. He was a Brigadier General in the Army (Comd 6 DIV) and CEO of Swan Taxis in Perth. His general management skills are superior and has assumed many key staff appointments both in the public and private sectors. He has great strategic planning capabilities and completed many critical projects in both sectors. He is also strong in training management as he has been involved in training/learning throughout his professional career. He is the strongest in operations as he has run operations in both MINDEF and the public transport industry. He was exposed overseas as CEO in Australia, and had organised many international and national mega events (e.g. The Pacific Army Chiefs Conference in 2012.) Finally, he is also experienced in customer experience domain as he had driven this for 2 years in SBST.

Senior Directors of Operations
Prior to that, See Peng had been the Senior Director of Operations at Tower Transit Singapore (TTS) in 2023-2024. His main role was to ensure that the bus services ran both reliably and efficiently on a 20/7, 365 bases. Prior to joining TTS, See Peng had spent 5 years at SBST serving first as the SVP for Bus Support Division, and then as the SVP for Customer Experience cum Operations Division. At SBST, he had also driven both Risk and Sustainability for the Group.
Exe Dir/CEO Swan Taxis
From 2013 to 2017, See Peng had spent 4 years in the taxi industry. First, he was the SVP for Fleet Services at ComfortDelGro Taxi, which was then the biggest taxi company in Singapore. Second, he was the Executive Director/CEO of Swan Taxis in Perth, which had then 90% of the taxi market and 95% of the taxi calls in Perth. He had also enlarged the latter company by acquiring the biggest taxi management company in Perth–Metro Taxis.
Academic Profile
Academically, See Peng was the pioneer batch of SAP students learning both English and Mandarin as first languages at Dunman High School. At Hwa Chong JC, he won the MOE’s Humanities Award to prepare for his further studies in the humanities overseas. In 1985, he was awarded the SAF Merit Scholarship to read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University, where he eventually obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Art degrees. In 1995, when he was attending the Command and Staff College at the Marine Corps University, he concurrently studied and did a thesis on the Geopolitical Relationship between the United States of America and Singapore; and obtained a Master in Military Studies degree at the end of the academic year. Finally, in 2002, he won the MINDEF’s Postgraduate Studies Award to read and successfully obtained the Master of Public Administration degree from the prestigious Harvard University.
